The dictionary definition of a Coach as a noun is “a private tutor, instructor of athletic team etc.” and as a verb” to Tutor, train or give hints, to prime with facts.”
Life or career coaching is very different
Through attentive listening and good questioning, I will help you both to understand your reality, observing what has been deleted, distorted or generalised to reach this point. A good coach will leave time for the coachee, whilst making them feel the value of that time. Create a blank canvas with a particular shape for the coachee.
I will avoid giving you the answers, but will guide you along the way.
I will help you to move in the direction you want to head, supporting you, holding you accountable and keeping you on your desired track.
